No, once subscribed you will receive a complete affiliate program, ready to use. We offer additional plugins and services that you can optionally purchase to add extra features to your affiliate program.

15 days before the expiration date of your license, the invoice for the next month will be generated. You can pay the invoice with PayPal or by credit card directly from our Client Area.

Yes, you can download all the invoices related to our service in PDF, directly from our Client Area.

Yes, you can also pay quarterly. To change the billing cycle, please contact the accounting department.

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time through your PayPal account, by clicking on this link, or by contacting us via email.

The cancellation involves the elimination of your affiliate program and all related data. After the cancellation we keep your data for 3 days, during which you can request the reactivation of the license. After 3 days all the data are permanently deleted, with no possibility to restore them.

By canceling the PayPal subscription you are requesting the cancellation from our service. Your affiliate program will remain active until the expiration of the paid period, after which it will be deleted. If you are in free trial your affiliate program will be immediately deleted.

If your license expires your affiliate program will be temporarily suspended for 3 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

To avoid service suspension you can deposit in-store credits in our Client Area, they will be used for subsequent monthly payments. Alternatively, contact the accounting department and communicate the exact date on which it will be possible to pay your invoices.

Yes, after completing the integration process, by placing the tracking code on your website’s “thank you page,” all commissions referred by your affiliates will be automatically tracked, in real time and even after several days.

Once you have set up the commissions, banners/links and your tracking code, you can test the system by clicking on a banner/link available in the affiliate panel and simulating a sale on your website. If everything is correct, the transaction will result immediately.

Yes, you can easily integrate all AffiliationSoftware’s links with Google Analytics. To learn how to add the Google Analytics parameters check this tutorial.

Yes, we also offer a White-label solution. To remove the “Powered by AffiliationSoftware” link, you have to buy the plugin called “Branding Free”. You can also change URLs with your own domain or a sub-domain of your choice.

Yes, we periodically release updates to add new features and to improve existing ones. Updates will be installed automatically in your affiliate program.

As a security measure against Brute-force attacks, if you make too many logins with incorrect login details, our affiliate software automatically blocks your IP for 1 hour, after which it will be possible to log in again.

If you can’t log in and you see the session expired error, delete your cookies and your browser cache, then close and reopen your browser, make sure you log in to the correct address. Contact us if the problem persists.
