How to exclude tracking for an IP address
Sometime an administrator or a company wants to exclude the commission tracking from an IP address. This can prevent conversions from being recorded in the affiliate program when you call the thank you page.
Fortunately, AffiliationSoftware offers the possibility to exclude unlimited IP addresses from the tracking.
How to exclude an IP address
To exclude an IP address from the tracking go to:
Admin panel > Settings (advanced ) > Ban
Click on “Add Ban”, then select “Tracking” as the type.
Then just enter the IP address you want to exclude and save the changes.
It is also possible to set an expiration date. Once the date is reached, the IP will be re-included automatically.
